The PMI Revolution is a compact, high-performance power quality analyzer designed to capture and diagnose electrical disturbances with speed and precision. Built for field deployment, it records voltage, current, harmonics, and fast transients while providing detailed waveform and event data for accurate troubleshooting.

With integrated wireless communication options, including Bluetooth and cellular connectivity, the Cell Revolution allows users to safely access data without opening energized panels and monitor systems remotely. Its small form factor allows installation inside panels, meter bases, and other confined spaces, making it ideal for both temporary studies and permanent monitoring.

Combined with powerful analysis software, the Revolution helps engineers and technicians quickly identify root causes, reduce downtime, and improve overall system reliability.

Flex CTs not included.

Features & Benefits

Wireless Data Access for Safer Monitoring

Built-in wireless communication allows users to retrieve data without opening energized equipment, significantly improving safety in the field. Bluetooth enables quick and convenient local access, while optional cellular connectivity provides remote monitoring from virtually anywhere. This flexibility reduces the need for repeated site visits, lowers labor costs, and minimizes exposure to hazardous conditions. With real-time or near-real-time visibility into system performance, teams can quickly detect emerging issues and respond before they escalate into costly failures.

Comprehensive Power Quality Analysis

The Revolution delivers in-depth insight into electrical system performance by measuring voltage, current, harmonics, flicker, and other critical parameters. Advanced recording capabilities capture both steady-state trends and high-speed transient events simultaneously, ensuring no disturbance goes unnoticed. This complete dataset allows users to diagnose a wide range of power quality issues—from long-term voltage fluctuations to momentary disruptions that impact sensitive equipment. The result is faster, more accurate root cause analysis and improved system performance.

Designed for Field Reliability and Efficiency

Engineered for demanding environments, the Revolution provides consistent, dependable performance across industrial and utility applications. Its rugged design supports deployment in a variety of field conditions, while its compact form factor simplifies installation in tight spaces. Paired with intuitive software tools like PMI’s PQ Canvass with Merlin™, users can easily configure recordings, visualize data, and generate reports. This streamlined workflow reduces analysis time, improves decision-making, and helps teams maintain reliable, high-quality power systems.
