The Bolt Flex CT Current Transformer is designed to provide flexible and reliable current measurement across a wide range of utility applications. Its flexible sensor construction allows it to be installed around conductors of varying sizes, including large cables and busbars, making it well suited for installations where rigid current probes are difficult to use. This flexibility enables faster installation and reduces the need for system modifications during deployment.
With switchable current ranges from 1 to 100A, 1 to 1000A, and 1 to 5000A, the device supports a wide range of monitoring scenarios. Its operating limit of up to 5000A allows it to capture high-load conditions while maintaining accuracy. No battery pack is needed as the sensor is powered directly by the Bolt device, eliminating the need for external power sources and simplifying field setup.
The Flex CT provides strong measurement performance, including low linearity error and stable phase shift characteristics across standard operating frequencies. Its design also supports reliable operation across a broad frequency range, enabling detailed analysis of system behavior.
Constructed with durable materials and designed for environmental protection, the sensor and module are rated for demanding field conditions.
