Sharing Recordings and Templates in PQ Canvass
Today, we’re going to be showing you how to share recordings and templates via PQ Canvass. For this video, you’re going to need your PQ Canvass login information.
Sharing Recordings
Now that you’re logged into PQ Canvass, if you would like to be able to share templates or recordings, you’re going to use the bottom navigation bar within PQ Canvass. You can either do this by clicking on the hamburger menu on the left-hand side or clicking on each icon accordingly.
We’re going to start out with the Recordings tab. Within Recordings, you’re going to want to click on the recording that you want to share. After the recording loads, you’ll be met with the report header. You’re going to want to navigate to the bottom right-hand corner, and here you have your sharing settings. So you can either export it, print it, or share.
After clicking on Share, you’ll be met with this screen, where you can choose an expiration for the link and type in the specific email addresses you would like to share it with. Then you’ll get a notification message letting you know that the recording was successfully shared.
Sharing Templates
As for templates, you’ll want to make your way over to Graphs. And here, you will see there is a list of everything that is already saved to your PQ Canvass account, who it was created by, and when it was created.
To share a template or a setting, you’ll want to select that. Then go down to the bottom and share that graph. If you’d like to create a new graph, you can click on the plus on your top left-hand corner, and from here, you can select whether you want to do a template, a recording graph, or an interval graph.
Then to share, you would click on the Share button on the bottom right-hand corner, and again, specify which email address you would like to share the template with.
