Overview
The SVM-10 Stray Voltage Monitor measures and records stray voltage and neutral-to-earth voltages from underground concentric neutrals. The SVM-10 detects neutral-to-earth voltages from 0 to 10VAC with .01V resolution. The SVM-10 tracks voltage values simultaneously on four isolated channels in order to establish a correlation between machine usage and livestock, or human interaction, over a period of hours, days, or weeks. Channel 4 is designed to emulate an animal contact point by including a 500 Ω shunt built into the unit. The SVM’s generous memory stores 500 event records and over a year’s worth of summary data. Graphs, charts, and summary reports are easy to produce using the included ProVision™ software package.
